Cancellation policy

The conference fee minus administrative costs (8.62%) are refunded if the cancellation is notified to info@regatec.org before 31st of March 2026. After 31st of March 2026 we regret that no refund is possible. In case the conference is cancelled 80% of the conference fee will be refunded.
