The Inter Baltic Biogas Arena
The Inter Baltic Biogas Arena is the information exchange service for increased cooperation of biogas protagonists mainly in the Baltic Sea region and Europe, but also beyond. This is an initiative open for everybody from the biogas scene without membership or administration fees! If you are interested in news on baltic biogas information, projects, contacts, partner requests or if you would like to tell our community something of interest about your projects without advertisements please join us!
Workshops!
Every year IBBA arranges at least one workshop within a specific topic in the biogas field. The purpose of the workshop is to create networking between researchers and companies within the same field, as well as increasingly address topics of very general interest, such as the public image of biogas. The last workshop, for example, brought industrial representatives together with marketing professionals to answer the question of what needed to be done to increase support for biogas.
The workshops have always had a unique atmosphere due their scale and quality and have attracted participants who are ready to brave new challenges. The different perspectives on the selected topics help us work together to move forward with a clear view of potentials and – just as important – risks to be managed.
Information exchange service through LinkedIn!
The IBBA platform offers participating institutions and companies the possibility to distribute non-commercial information of mutual interest in cooperation with IEA Bioenergy Task 37. Task 37 and IBBA has a joint LinkedIn group which may be used to distribute e.g. requests for:
- a technology that is missing for a specific project
- a method for a specific task
- a partner for an envisaged national or international project
- a speaker for a workshop
or information on:
- an interesting project report
- a proposal for a joint industrial bilateral co-operation
- a conference
